We'll discuss these and many other questions during one-on-one coaching calls. Each 1 hour call once a week is designed for privacy and confidentiality. We go deep and share the things that are holding us back from our goals.
YOU are the main ingredient to your success. The amount you are willing to be accountable, truthfully answer questions, do the homework, stay engaged, dig deep for what is keeping you stuck and stay open to a mindset shift will be directly proportional to your success. You CAN do this. However you do have to do the homework and be committed to your own success. As a Coach, I will give you support and stretch you to go further on this journey.
Questions About One-on-One Coaching
In the process of starting One-on-One Coaching and Mentoring I've had several questions and comments. Here's a few that might help you too:
"My big question is NOT KNOWING where to start. I feel like there is something just beyond my grasp but I have no idea what it is or how to get it."
Here's the truth. YOU have to want be willing to discover your truest self and your purpose more than I want you to. It has to be deep down to the core of your being.
Many people quit just before they get a BREAKTHROUGH. Don't let that be you.
Being committed to at least a 3 to 6 month process(depending on how much time you invest in your own success), is where you will see results if you are doing the work. Remember you are making an investment in yourself.
When you're at that point, that's when you're ready to be committed to one-on-one coaching.
As we talk, you'll discover many details about you and your purpose that you didn't know before and you'll discover how to get started towards those goals and dreams.
Sometimes we will chat about stuff that may be holding you back. Sometimes I will ask some tough questions.
But, if you do the work, you can't help but discover more of who you are and have more freedom in your creativity and writing and a finished first draft of your book!

*Weekly Live 1 Hour Skype Call with Lorna. First Skype call is FREE to talk about you and what would help you the most to help you write and finish your book.
If you decide together, that we would like to work together, then we will talk about it during the call. Included in the coaching calls(for paid coaching) is a MP3 recording of each call.
*Weekly Action Steps to help you implement the information given - During each session we talk, clarify your goals, get clear on your next steps and figure out together how you want to be held accountable.
